Is the anesthesia necessary?
It is quite interesting, but almost every customer who comes for the piercing asks his Master one and the same question: “Does it hurts a lot? Please, tell me, what does it feel like?”
Here, in the Table below you can see the most objective description of pain, in terms of its intensity, on 10-points scoring scale.
Earlobe - 3 points
Ear cochlea - 7 points
Lips, cheeks, tongue - 6 points
Nose - 7 points
Eye brows - 5 points
Nipples - 10 points
Belly button - 6 points
Vulvar lips - 4 points
Clitoris - 8 points
So, we can see only couple kinds of piercing that can arouse your concerns to the extent sufficient for the Master to turn for an extra anesthesia. Normally, just nice talk and relaxing environment would do a trick. But, whatever the case might be, Master has to have all necessary means of anesthesia on hand. Remember, the piercing itself lasts no more than 1/10 sec. But after the use of even well-known anesthetics one could never exclude the development of allergic reaction.
